Sleepwalking

Used to grind my teeth in my sleep. Annoying as feck and it was getting to the point where I was going to need a gum shield. It suddenly stopped though.
Anyone else do this?

Have never sleep walked, but do grind my teeth. Totally agree its seriously annoying and soooo bloody sore on jaws! I mentioned it to the dentist and she said it was just one of them things but is associated with stress  (like most things!)
Have been known to have the odd conservation with myself in my sleep, usually happens thou when really tired.

seen tv programmes on people who sleep walk & clear out the fridge during the nite, crazy stuff!
