Surely the gate goes to the Ulster council and not the club who hosts the game? And surely its got nothing to do with the Derry Co. board?

Doire abú

Host club will get a percentage as far as I know?
Otherwise why would Glen let their pitch be used?

orangeman

Didn't Maghera host Glenullin's Ulster club fixture ?

Why did they go to Celtic Park - that didn't make a lot of sense !

Doire abú

Glenullin had the choice.
If I remember correctly they choose Celtic Park because a) their initial choice of their own pitch was turned down and b) they wanted a big open field.

orangeman

Where and when is the big match today ?

Our Nail Loney

Anywhere pricing up the match? Might throw it in to my football accum if I can get a guide price anywhere

orangeman

Who do you fancy ? What would your prices be ? Evens your pick ?

Doire abú

I'd say Forbes in Ardboe are giving odds anyway.

Ballinderry won the game 0-13 to 0-10.

ruari boylan (midfiedl) was missing for us as he was abroad
we got off to a good start but couldnt get a grip on midfield afteer that
we had a couple of chances to draw bit in fairness ballinderry were the better team

Thought Jarlath Bell marked Paddy Bradley very well. Deets and Enda also excellent for us.
Good enough game, thought Glenullin had us beat, there were flyin for a stage in the second half.

how come some of your county men didnt get on?
