An awful lot harder than I thought it was gonna be, I only smoked 8-10 a day

My old man went to some sports psychologist that works with the ireland rugby team, and that helped Darren Clarke get his act together after Heather passed. Dad has been smoking since he was 12. Him and the guy talked for a while (about nothing much apparently). He hasnt smoked since that day which was some time last march. Now my dads the biggest skeptic about all that heebie jeebie stuff, but it seems to have worked.

Off them since new years. Only the 3rd day but getting on ok, chest infection helped as I havent really wanted one for the first 2 days.
