First move the bloxk to the section to the left and turn it so that when you are going back you can move it behing the switch without touching it.  That will leave you in a position to get to the teleport thing which splits the bloclk in 2. 
Then move the blocks seperately to go to the X switch.
Then back to the teleport thing, then move to the hole.
