Know of people died/seriously injured who got less!!

It shouldn't have happened but lets put it in perspective. She got a slap on the arse and got more money than ones who's family members were murdered during the troubles.

Issue is others should have got proper compensation for those deaths... is nothing to do with her case.
To be publicly humiliated like that and the boss do nothing about it and he then went on to harass her the rest of the day... £60,000. Good for her. Life for a young woman is not The Benny Hill Show

Not to  belittle the woman involved in this case , but  is  it still acceptable for  a bald man to be slapped  on the top of his head Benny Hill style ? Would he get £65k compensation?

I've no idea what he'd get... the compensation was also for how the employer failed to deal with it leading to further harassment from him. In other words... "no big deal love get on with your work"... by the way she was 17.
