Seen that. It's just an ordinary book of condolences that any undertaker opens at a wake for anyone. Not a public one as though he was a celebrity or something.

Also condolences are directed at those left behind. His family have been going around Spain looking for him for a week, I'd say that he tormented them more than anyone.

It states on the article I have read there is a physical book of condolences at the funeral directors, maybe that is common place but I haven't seen anything like that at any funeral I have been to recently.

Obviously the funeral directors cater for the "online tribute".

I joined this FB group a while back

Highlight so far when the news broke of his death was a mate going back to a shrine to pick up his John George T-shirt then drive back home with it while the T-shirt remained on the steering wheel. All beautifully captured to music I think

The local media have gone to town on this "John George aka John Hardy aka He was no angel" case big time.  You'd think it was a missing child :o

Most or a lot of wake houses would have a physical book of condolences.

Strange alright. Must be a prank.

Otherwise why would you stop with someone like that late at night on a country road?

137 children missing in Ireland since 1977

Vast majority non-nationals. Is this an accurate figure or what is happening here? 25 chinese nationals disappeared on the same day? People trafficking or what?
