You have to get up 2 or 3 times to take a leak in the middle of the night.
You become interested in interest rates and realise you are having a conversation about stocks and shares with your mates at lunch - thank god for the would you/wouldnt you thread!
You dont care if the wifes not in the mood - you are probably not either.

Familiar symptoms here lads.
Got a bit of a belly goinbg but it's under control and I'm back in proper training. Like AZ I must say I have no sympathy for people who pile on the pounds unless it's down to a medical problem of some sort.
Another thing I've noticed is the nosehair. Remember Billy Connolly talking about it and Jesus he was right. Used to be something I never had to think of now it needs trimmed maybe once a month, as Billy said I'm baffled as to understand what my body is going to encounter that requires long nasal hair to deal with it!
