Interesting the praise some managers receive. in this instance i'm thinking of the banty. what do people imagine various managers are responsible for with respect to the actual teams?

ONeill

Mickey changed the championship mentality of Tyrone inter-county players somewhere between the Sligo debacle in Croker in 2002 and  the Ulster final of 2003. I suppose a professionalism.

Art knew the ropes but perhaps hadn't the approach needed to achieve in the modern era.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

J70

For Donegal...

Its about time Martin McHugh did the right thing!

Charlie Mulgrew would be worth a shot, and may get it this time.

We could probably go worse than get Tom Conaghan out of retirement for a year or two to weed out the messers from the squad! As a Donegal Town man, the Sunday night/Monday morning drunken revelry around the Diamond would be put to a quick stop!

The Glenman

For Donegal.....

If Charlie gets it the drunken revelry will continue around the Diamond with him leading them.

His appointment would make it more acceptable then for all those currently involved from the County panel
