GAA Club's Code of Conduct

Does anyone know of any Club that operates a code of conduct for their players? IE basic rules of expectation that must be adhered to e.g. Being at pitch 30-45 mins before throw-in, abstinance from drink etc?

we put one for place for each juvenile team, specific to each age group. Each player was to sign with one of the parents.

Something that we intend to build on in years to come and that can be used in cases of indiscipline. The idea is if they get these installed at juvenile level, that they will carry them into senior. Can't judge at this stage if it will work, long to medium term plan.
