Did I watch the entire Sunday game and manage to miss the Tyrone Highlights/lowlights?

For a team that has little following their social media posts get serious reaction maybe the most in the country

Have they alot of armchair supporters?
Hurling county, lot of them would want nothing to do with the big ball

Seem to get a lot of support on social media despite the hurling dominance is my point though.

Wasn't a red card for Ian Maguire. Not even a yellow. They just tangled a bit. Black card for O'Neill for stopping his run perhaps.

Jack O'Connors point was clearly outside the arc so balances it out. However Meath were only a kick of a ball away from more last minute heroics but ultimately didn't deserve it.
It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016

Captain Scarlet

I wasn't confident of Kildare (I never am!) going to Cavan but then Beirne and Feely are out and that's the brawn and the brains gone.
Cavan will beat Offaly and then Kildare need a win to stay up, and I just don't see them coming. Maybe Louth at home if they are already safe...

I could take losing by 3 to Derry in a serious content in the snow, but that sounded like the classic 'two bad teams' on Sunday...
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

Champion The Wonder Horse

Three of the four div 2 games live on television on Saturday, but strangely not Derry vs Cork. Wee bit surprised that two relegation four-pointers and the Kildare Meath game got priority.

Cork are a good side - that's a real good match up I think. Cork pretty adept at the 2 pointers. They also looked quite fired up for that Meath game which isn't something that I have seen out of cork footballers for a long time.

I wonder if TV are staying away from Derry home games due to the anti allianz protests. There was a half time march on the field during the Offaly match and a lot of Palestine flags on the stand behind the goals. Surely this game would be picked for TV otherwise, whoever wins it will almost certainly get promoted.

If Derry can maintain momentum and keep their key players on the pitch, this has the makings of being a very good game. This game is likely the one that puts Derry in/out of the promotion spots at the end of the league.

The TV schedules were selected before a ball was kicked. The TV companies wouldnt have knew at that stage which matches were relegation battles, promotion battles and inbetween
Id hazzard a guess that BBC NI wanted the Tyrone Offaly game due to Mickey Harte returning home to take on Tyrone. Its also Tyrones first game back in Dungannon in 20+ years

Excellent point!  Should be interesting if any Derry home games appear in the championship.

Politics should be separate from sport, however fans are entitled to express themselves, within reason.  It isn't every day we live through a holocaust that the news chooses to cover up.

Yet authority should never play politics with sports - like Russia missing another Olympics.  Or, perhaps, teams not given coverage based on their fans support for "inappropriate" causes.

Curious to know if these protests happen at any other grounds and during halftime on the pitch?

Down have been doing abit outside the grounds I think, seen a photo on facebook of outside the Athletic Grounds on Sunday as well but I was in a different way so didnt actually see the protest.

Captain Scarlet

There have been lads handing out flyers in Newbridge this year, and since St Conleth's re-opened there are Palestine/ Ceasfire Now flags at the back of the Kilcullen End terrace at a good few matches.

Was a good crowd protesting outside Pearse Stadium Saturday.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.
