Was said on commentary that he owns/runs a coffee shop in Magherafelt. Which one is that?

Coffee shops must be the way to go. Seems a good few GAA players in that line of business. Fair play to them.
Its cafe Mamo on Broad street

Good stuff. Next time I'm in, I'll drop in and give him a bit of business.

Quote from: Aaron Boone on January 31, 2026, 09:43:26 PMI know the bottom two drop into the Tailteann, but I hope that rule is relaxed this year if Tyrone end up up in that position.

It wouldn't sit well provincially, or indeed nationally, if Tyrone weren't in their rightful place fighting for Sam Maguire.

If a team gets relegated to Div 3, they are exactly where they deserve to be...that's some real Animal Farm stuff there

Tyrone are in trouble when Donnelly retires...at his age still one of the very best in the game

If he's anything like Glass, don't upset him by looking to buy a fry.

Cavan level at half-time despite steadfastly refusing to tackle any Meath player for most of the game and attacking at a speed that suggests they were running through treacle in wellies. Meath playing with more pace, strength and incision, but if Cavan pick things up like they were starting to do approaching the short whistle, they might make a game of it.

Maybe just a lack of belief. Meath have left some amount of scores out there. Cavan still in it though.

Cavan teams over the years would have been a much different proposition with their heads right, but we've rarely managed it.

Yes very much so
Love games like this when it's not your own or your enemy and you don't give a f**k who wins.

Cavan didnt push out to the Arc at all there, cost them.

Fortune favours the brave...huge / brave kick to win it

armaghniac

Meath finally win in Cavan, but narrow margins.
