Has anyone a cheap APP or programme to use without breaking the bank? I have a gym membership but I am looking at something to coach and guide me. The  prices are extortionate and I do not have the budget to afford £300 a month.

what are you looking to do? Wendler 5/3/1 or strong lifts have a decent free version if all youre looking is strength

None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Yes more strength, I will have a look at that thanks.

Every Tom, Dick and Harry is a PT these days.

Dare I say it, you could use your favourite AI tool

And there are specific ai tools out there as well that act as training aids

Yeah if you tell chatGpt your age weight, goals itll prob give a decent start.

Good time to be starting back at gym. £300 a month? Golden dumbell hire included I hope

ChatGBT give me a 8 week gym training program, training 3/4 times a week for 60 min sessions. Focus on core stability and leg strength. Incorporate free weights and the following equipment, x, y, z.
Please include diagrams for form and progression.

There's a fella from Banbridge I think called Sean Casey who has an app called glean. Seems to be a decent spud and no big ego. Donates a fair bit to various charities too.

He is a great lad. Proper decent fella and has had massive success. Haven't used Glean but have bought recipe books in the past and they were great. Would imagine Glean will be top quality as well

True he comes across as one of the more genuine ones, whereas in the PT / lose weight circuit there seems to be some real bullsh#tters though.
