Yeah, it shows that their criterion is all wrong.  Yes, it was on target (which is the criterion), but there was no way that was going in until the deflection.   UEFA can call it what they want, but it was an OG.

Suppose they have to define it some way. Always going to be subjective whether a keeper would have saved it or not. (Didn't see this one tbf)

If you see a replay, you can see the keeper crouch to take it into his chest, and his face when the deflection takes it away.  He knew he had it.

If it's on target it's a goal not own goal , been that way for a while
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

We probably dont want to admit it but Scotland are basically us... right now they are better than us. They have a few really good players and then a bunch of average ones. Ralston can't get a game for Celtic. He only ever comes in when every other full back is injured. Adams up front offers nothing. Having said that they were worth at least a draw tonight. Terrible mistake from Ralston but what a finish - he still had so much to do.

Hope they get through now - they add to the tournament

They're miles ahead of us at the minute obviously. Definitely hope to see them get a win in the next game and get out of the group. Have we any really good players at the minute lol?

Awful defending by the Danes on that goal. The state of the pitch is very poor.

1-1 not a bad strike for your first goal for Denmark.

Foden a bit greedy in that half. Had the chance to put Kane clean through, but took a potshot instead.

Only a few games into this tournament and so far of the favourites/big teams England are the worst coached teams.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

James McClean right on his opinion about Declan Rice?

Totally imbalanced, an age old failing of England, big names have to play even if a more specialist player is available. I honest to god thought Trent wasn't playing until about 5 mins to HT. Gallagher should be on asap, but probably won't.

Edit- not a day for that threesome behind Kane either, another less attacking MFer required too imo.

Cheillini doing the half time on Fox. Just when I was beginning to think his English wasn't up to it, he answers a question on Southgate's tactics with "He always does this. For the last 4 years. The result was [brief pause] good enough."

That he  passionately wants God to save his  king?
