Blur
The Smiths
Dubliners

Irish language
CCR
Ocean Colour Scene

Good shouts. I'll add those 3

I'm sure there's  a good selection of Irish language songs too

Would there be enough of a back catalogue for the average punter for  CCR and OCS?

Rufus T Firefly

thewobbler

Springsteen is a love/hate for me. I like his music but I find his voice irritating after very little time. Can't explain why.

Though I do remember once waking up early in an NYC hotel and turning on the news and he was playing an outdoors impromptu gig, so I walked over and caught the end of it. So he brings good memories.

Waiting on a Sunny Day
The River
I'm on Fire

——

Ocean Colour Scene? No.

Not really worthy of a top 3 track countdown on the basis of their whole catalog but Mosley Shoals is for me a top 20 album.

Whitney Houston?

Like her or not , she had  quite a few big hits

Duine Inteacht Eile

Aye, but it was a name 3 Whitney songs rather than name your fav 3.

And we had Enya! Christ on a bike.

Sacking OCS off for that is laughable.

AustinPowers

Really not a fan. Can  only really tolerate these two:

Streets of Philadelphia
Dancing in the dark

I can't really take  Springsteen seriously since he got  that face lift.

There was 13 songs of hers mentioned

Enya was a hand grenade all right  :o

I only threw up  the OCS question, Wobbler and Puckoon  batted it away

Puckoon

Oh I'm down to play OCS in this game! Just wouldn't be surprised if 3 tracks was a struggle for some

You need to understand thewobbler.

He has a 20 song playlist that he listens to everyday.
He allows himself a 1 song change once a year.

Everything beyond that is completely shite.

This isn't a music thing for him. It's life.

Tony Baloney

Ocean Colour Scene - Jesus Christ, did anyone listen to them after TFI Friday finished in about 1998?

Yes, those of us who weren't bogged down in the woes of Whitney Houston.

Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose
