Raging, he'll be sold now. Another tansfer flop from Fergie.

Still a bit to go to match Rafa though!! ;D

Not really to be fair, both are high up the ranks in the flop department.

I would say the problem will be getting a buyer for him.
He hasnt had many performances which stand out & would catch the eye of a prospective buyer.

Fergie might give him a few games between now & January in th hope that he raises his profile so we* can get a decent price for him in January.
The other option is to let him sit in the reserves :-\

I think he only cost £16million so I think money back or even a profit. He is not up to Utd standard and this is the que to move on.

AHHH HAAAA HAAA HAAAAAA!!!!!

That gets my vote for post of the year.

I don't know what bit I think is funnier, the fact that you think £16m is an insignificant amount (yet £17m for Glen Johnson was way too much!) or the fact that you think you might actually make a profit on Nani!!!

Hilarious stuff, keep it coming.

Cheap as chips so.

The scousers have more experience of buying & selling flops, so I think we should bow to their superior knowledge on this one..............

Do we really want to reopen this debate again?

I will post my 30-strong list again if I have to.

Bensars

You cant compare fergusons record over 20 years at united to benitez and his short spell at Liverpool

Well by my count, a list of 66 could easily be put up that weren't exactly brilliant for Liverpool.....

Maybe because Benitez overhauled a squad and had to buy more players, does that not count? The fact that Ferguson's flops are in a much higher-price bracket doesn't come into play?

Anyway old argument, as I say, both have about the same success rate, as the majority of clubs do.

I think we were talking about 'flops' not players who 'weren't exactly brilliant'.

So this magical 66 number then.... care to name names?

He should be transferred to the 'pool'...its about his standard
