Missing out on CL because of injuries is a risk worth taking and do a proper recruitment come summer. Casemiro is said to be on 350K a week. You'd imagine you should be able be find two very good midfielders for 175K a week. Mbeumo is on 150k for reference. And that's not even mentioning the other high rollers who don't even play for the club.
You'd imagine Bruno must be staying beyond this year with Casemiro leaving, getting that 350k a week gone is obviously great as long as you can find those 2 175k a week players who can replace him.

Did I see that Collyer was recalled from his loan? Not a world beater but at least he's another body and can't be any worse than Ugarte.

Bruno, a January signing no less, is class and has been from the first day he stepped into the club. It's a no brainer to keep him. It's always a risk signing players but that's the nature of the beast. They'll have the ability to dip into the top end of the market come summer. It'll work or it won't but as long as they don't go crazy again and wages are not a barrier for offloading if it doesn't work out, they've no other choice.

Think Collyer at Hull.
