If you were offered 11 from 15 at the start of that run I'd say most United fans would have taken it. Still lots to improve on but going the right way.

Making yourself harder to score against should be the main aim of improvement. Conceding 2 goals a game and even Spurs who looked fairly toothless and clueless for 80 minutes suddenly found them 2-1 in front.

With 4 points dropped from winning positions in the last two games United are just two points off 3rd place and that probably says more about the lack of top quality teams in the Premier league at the moment.
