Rashford was playing for a new contract last year
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

That's how to change the culture of a club and it's the approach United have to take, starting with Martial, Sancho and honestly, Rashford. If trying hard and being a team player is too much for a player, he has to go.
Absolutely. Gutted out from top to bottom. Rashford would sicken you.

What has went so wrong from last season? Wasn't perfect by any means but you would have said they were going somewhere and needed a few signings to push on another level. Look as bad as any team in the league now

What manager could get that lot to play as a team and improve them? Pep couldn't or Klopp couldn't motivate them

Players don't look like they want to play for him. The treatment of de gea didn't go down well
These players are about to throw another manager under the bus the club is toxic. Any good young player should run a mile if linked to utd.  A relegation would utd no harm. Clear out the glazers and the poison.

I agree but it would be very expensive especially with the deals given out at United. I doubt the owners would sanction it if requests were made.

Rashford goals not bailing them out this year?

The 5 wins they have in the league were lucky enough as well as you could argue the Wolves, Forest, Sheff Utd and Brentford all could've been loses or draws going by the performances.

Handy enough fixtures coming up with Fulham, Copenhagen and Luton but would you be putting any money on them?

Funny thing is they stole last weeks champions league game but the manner of the win, last minute penalty save, scenes of celebration and players interviews after game hoping this would be the start of a new period etc

And then it's followed up by 2 embarrassing performances in a week..

They probably won't and that'll be their greatest failing as owners.

The tide has turned on £200k a week layabouts.

99% of clubs can't afford to take them even on a "main club pays half the wages" deal, and the other 1% have no interest in them.

As their contracts are going to be paid in full if they see them out, it's in a club's interests to come to an arrangement earlier... if even just to get them off the insurance bill.

celebrating a win against Copenhagen the way they did shows where they are.  That's as routine as a game as you will get in champions league.

Arteta in his first two seasons with Arsenal finished 8th in the league. It's not like ETH hasn't been trying to change the culture in now his 2nd season at the club and he's either sold or released Cavani,Pogba,Matic,Pereira,Ronaldo,De Gea,Jones,Telles,Elanga,Fred,Bailly to name but a few.

Yeah those couple of wins- McTominay before that rescuing them as well, you'd have said that might be the bit of luck to kick start the season. No good

Sportacus

Dalot sauntering back for the first goal and being caught over his shoulder by Almiron sums the whole thing up. The most basic function for a right back is to defend that situation.
