Good fight back tonight, some change in 6 months. Nobody has United in a title fight, Ten Hag has only really began and will need a few windows to improve in all areas needed, especially up top.

Nonsense. Everybody has United in a title fight.

If that was another win tonight it was "we're gonna catch arsenal"

United just happy to stay up this year
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

All the ABUs are the only ones putting United in a title race. You don't go from where they were in May to winning titles that quickly, but the development so far has been brilliant.

Disappointed that Utd have fallen away from the title race the quad was on...

Fred was a disaster. Out of position, gave the ball away, couple of very poor shots when it seemed harder not to score. Desperate performance once again from him.

Weghorst needs to be on the Megabus back to Holland or wherever the f**k he came from. He'll never be a Utd player as sure as pussy is a cat. Jury out on this Munich reject as well.

Rashford carried them once again. Utd need 5-6 world class players before they can even think about a title challenge proper. And 5-6 need to be on the Megabus with Weghorst.

Are there even ABUs anymore? Man United haven't been relevant for nearly a decade. Man United fans should be wishing for the days when everyone was an ABU as it would mean they are being successful again.

With Arsenal and City both losing at the weekend that was an opportunity last night for Man United to get back in the title race.

Proper striker, decent cover in midfield and a centre back would go a long way. Weghorst just isn't United quality.

United would have won that with Casemiro, the partnership of Sabitzer and Fred didn't look to promising; Fred was dreadful, so poor. He's played really well recently but thats been alongside Casemiro. Rashford has been outstanding for a while, leaving him out wide right with Weghorst looking ponderous at centre forward didn't work. If Martial isn't going to be fit then I hope Rashford plays up front given we've got plenty of options in wide areas,

Garnacho getting a bit of stick which is unfair, he should have gone down when he went round the keeper though; For his first chance Weghorst didn't have the nous to run to the front post which would have dragged the defender with him so Garnacho would have had a lot more time.

We've so many games and nearly every league games goes right down the last kick of the ball, its bound to play a part. If we beat Barca then March will be the same as Feb, if everyone was fit it wouldn't be much as an issue but Wan Bisaka, Casemiro, Eriksen, McTominay, Anthony & Martial all missed last night.

You could say the same about arsenal and how they finished 5th behind spurs. Are they in a title fight ?

The 'ABA's' will say it's theirs to lose , joke if they don't win etc but also anticipating a slip up anytime now

If any header was to listen and believe all that crap, they'd need looking after

It's one less bus for Utd to hire

Totally agree MM

Casemiro makes this team tick and seems to be difficult for them to find a combination to work when he isnt available.

The fact the team are left in 4 competitions is going to stretch the squad and it actually shows the lack of depth, plenty of numbers but in terms of quality not that deep at all.

Get the Barca games sorted and see how that goes and go for the LC Final in a big way. I would imagine these will be the determining games as to how the season finishes.

Ghost

Great to get a win there today even if it wasn't the most convincing of performances. Utd were under the cosh there for 70 mins but found a way to get it done in the end. Hopefully Rashford can keep his incredible run of form going.

Maguire looked very dodgy in possession and lucky to get away with a couple. Big Wout looks completely out of place. Tried to convince myself he might not do too badly but he doesn't really fit into this teams style of play.

Cunny Funt

Hard earned and important away win this afternoon that moves United now 7 points ahead of 5th spot.

Performance to be expected a tired one in a hectic fixture schedule. Rashford continues to chip in with important goals and Garnacho silenced his critics after his misses midweek v Leeds.

Very tough away match against La Liga leaders Barcelona next. Will be without the suspended Martínez, Sabitzer and the injury list of Antony, Mctominay, De Beek, Martial, Eriksen.  A narrow defeat will likely be decent result to bring back to Old Trafford.

Turf

With Arsenal dropping points yesterday that puts Man United back in the title race.
