Phil Jones 'out for 6 weeks' as per the Daily Mirror's twitter feed.

What happened Jones?

Took an early hit from Dempsey's elbow - probable concussion, stayed on for further 10mins, looked dazed. 6 weeks?????

0-4 ;D. Rooney with a 30 yard shot ;D

0-5 FT Rooney strike the pick of the bunch fine result tonight especially when you consider Arsenal,Man City,Chelsea & Liverpool all failed to beat Fulham this season! low point more injuries this time to Jones (elbow to his cheekbone),Young (bang to his knee) is hopefully nothing too serious.

Jones is very versatile and will be a big lost. Especially with the heavy schedule.

V good result though. The worst thing is Chelsea play Fulham next and decent sides tend not to produce two bad displays in a row.

Have Utd ever had a better start to the league? Any other season they would be well clear. Fair play to city. If it remains like this the game at city will be some pressure cooker :o

Fergie said Young is out for 2-3 weeks & Jones will have a xray tomorrow.

Giggs is some pup. Scored in every premier league season for 20 years. Will never see that again.

Some achievement -

Fegie will have to buy in January - injuries are mounting -

Phil Jones will be a miss. Ashley Young won't.

"Phil Jones should be okay for Monday. There's a bit of swelling in his jaw but no break, no fracture, which is good news."

Fergie. ;D

Good news about Jones though with Rafael back i wouldn't be surprised to see him rested on Monday. Tom Cleverley had setback in training was to return for the Christmas games but now not due back for another month.
