Jeepers Creepers

Have a sneaking suspicion Utd could win this game, Leicester won't be to much aggreived as it gives the opportunity to win the title at home. In answer to earlier question, 'if' Utd could grab a Champs league and FACup it would be a massive achievement for what has been a dull ball buster of a season. It would also highlight just how shite the rest of the league are with the inherent weakness as a squad they have.

Soccer in general has got as boring as f**k. No shots on target in the Etihad so far. CL semi final.

Terrible game so far, both teams have spent most of the game trying to get the opposition booked.
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either

Only 4000 have renewed their seasons tickets at United so far compared to over 20,000 this time last year. That will have really spooked the Glazers.

How many are on the waiting list? I imagine they'll not have too much trouble selling them at all.

A huge swathe of fans have seethed in silence for most of the season. They'd be reluctant to start getting vocal against the manager during matches, seeing that as City-like Boo Camp carry on.
Funnily enough, there were hints of it around November when United were nearly top of the table, though the football was awful.
After that a certain resignation sank in around December when the string of defeats punctured any dream of a title tilt.
The other signs are there though, the large amount of empty seats that wouldn't been seen since Ferguson's bad years and fans leaving early.

This might be their chance to quietly have their say.

There is some dissent amongst ST holders alright but there won't be any wholesale boycott of tickets whether or not Van Gaal stays (which he won't). Not sure of the accuracy of the 4000 vs 20000 figures but can be partly explained by fans having the cost of a cup semi final and final  both in terms of ticket and travel to bear in the period that most of them would be paying for their season tickets. United have put the renewal date back because of this.

There isn't a waiting list, since OT was expanded to 75,000 its been easy to get tickets for most games apart from the big games although the last 3 years has been even easier, have mates who've given away tickets at half price several times over the last few years and on a few occasions like Palace last week they couldn't give them away for free.

There's no waiting list for season tickets for one of the most popular clubs on the planet? You can just go and buy one?

I agree there weren't be wholesale boycott, but there will be a few who won't renew if LVG stays. Fans are been crafty and using the gap between now and renewal to put pressure on the club to get rid of him. United are very quick to take money from ST holders for cup games so they want to make the club wait as long as possible before the renew.

I will be very surprised if he's not sacked before the deadline date which is June 1st.

They might put you on the 'waiting list' but you'll certainly get one. They do exceptionally well on the corporate side, so the ST's that include which a meal and free drink and cost a between £3500 & £8000 do tend to sell out every season.

I know a couple of season ticket holders who go to certain games and rent out the ticket for the others. They've been finding takers thinner on the ground of late and might not be as pushed to renew if the trend continues.
