I don't buy this "worst Utd team ever/Ferguson miracle worker" theme. They aren't great, evidenced by their European campaigns this year, but they haven't needed to be.

It is not as if he is managing a team of castoffs and misfits, they are all internationals.

Surely you are having a laugh, Evans has benefited from playing regularly, no doubt about tit but Vidic has been missed. There is no comparison between the two players.

United playing well so far 1-0 up at HT Jack Barmby with the goal level on AGG now & away goals don't count double in FA youth cup.

1-1 best Chelsea player on the night Piazon with the goal.

It finished 1-1 (3-2 on AGG) over the two legs the best team through to the final. Plenty of United players underaged again next year so they might have another chance.

I wasn't really making a direct comparison between the 2, more the fact that the team hasn't suffered (their top and more than likely to win the league) with Vidic missing for most of the season.
