The increasingly cuntish behaviour of all the Unionist parties this year is shocking.
I firmly believe that the best cure for sectarianism in the North is to end the false state of Northern Ireland. Micheal Martin and other fake Nationalists in Fianna Fail and others. say that reconciliation must come before unity. I believe that Unity is the key to reconciliation not the other way around. It is time for a Unity referendum.  If it was booked now with a date of 2028/2029/2030 then I am 100% confident it would pass. The behaviour of Unionist parties convinces me that they are in total denial about the change that is coming.  And furthermore when Unity happens I think a lot of people from the Protestant Community will be relieved that it's all over.

Define "reconciliation". It's  a meaningless  term

At the end of the day , it's down to the British government, and them  only,  to call the  referendum, is it not?

So if the Brits wanted  to get rid of the north tomorrow, they could just call a referendum  anyway, regardless if there's   any sort of preparedness  done or not.

The Irish government  (and unionists, for that matter) can  kick the can down the road as  long as they want , and avoid doing any sort  of preparedness. But if the Brits call a surprise referendum, they are both  (as will we all)  up shit creek.

That's probably. unlikely to happen at the minute , but if Farage gets in , who knows?

What is the dup game with this Israel visit ? They blatantly knew the furore it would create. Are they trying to bring the assembly down?

They genuinely don't give one f**k. Their little supremacist minds see the Israeli oppressors and are probably jealous they didn't get the chance to commit a genocide here to the extend the Israelis are getting to in Palestine.

The DUP are ethnic supremacists with makey uppy history.  Israelis are ethnic supremacists with makey uppy history.

You're correct there. They seek to be as offensive as possible same as their leader and others putting up Paratrooper logos on their twitter accounts knowing full well their victims on Bloody Sunday were innocent civil rights marchers.
As for genocide... in 1986 DUP MP Willie McCrea proposed air strikes on Carrickmore, Crossmaglen, Drogheda and Dundalk. That's Rev William McCrea who appeared on stage with the psychopath Billy Wright aka The Rat.

They have to be opposite to  nationalist parties , no matter what. Even if they know themselves they look  like genocide supporters (in this case). They can't be seen to be  agreeing with nationalists on anything. I don't even think they know at this stage what they really  stand for. It's a case of  whatever SF say, we'll say the opposite.

similar thing when MON  said the 1billion+ deal for Belfast arms factories  for munitions for Ukraine, would have been better spent on services. Nah , sure isn't it great for the economy, making  munitions to blow people up. What's them Shinners on aboot?

What i dont understand is Israel was responsible for killing more soldiers/police than the IRA but this fact seems to be beyond them, when they fly the Union Jack, Paratrooper flags, beside Israeli flags.

Some muck talked today and not one mention of the people suffering in Gaza.

Unionists on an Israeli paid jolly that they just had to lap up, knowing that it would be insensitive and incendiary.

If concerned and interested in how education works in other places, I'm sure there were plenty of other options available.

Highlights the complete farce that the Executive is, and why this place is failing us all every day.

No confidence vote, but reality is that this is a performance and nothing will change.

Judging by the increased number of councillors and mla's (of all parties) doing photo opps in constituency I'd say an election is on the cards next year.

The giveaway is the number of political reps showing up in Gaa club social media comments who couldn't find the pitch with a Sat nav.

The current crop of politicians playbook is to spend until the money runs out, refuse to make any tough decisions on anything and then have a phoney principled row/decision in order to pull the house down until someone writes a cheque and/or pressure gets too great and they go back in.

Rinse and repeat.

It must be something like that. Visiting Israel for an educational visit was always going to blow up and they knew that. It is probably just another vehicle to shit stir with to the lowest common denominator.

(Worst of all is it will work)

Division plain and simple, deliberate sh1thousery and shows the statelet for what it is... The unionist leaders continue to push toward a united Ireland quicker than the nationalist leaders
