People that dont drive around a mini roundabout.
Driving out over the top of it or just cutting across before it completely  >:(

That's what it is designed for, hence the name mini roundabout.  You have f**king little to be worried about kid.

Unfortunately not punt.  From the highway code...

188
Mini-roundabouts. Approach these in the same way as normal roundabouts. All vehicles MUST pass round the central markings except large vehicles which are physically incapable of doing so. Remember, there is less space to manoeuvre and less time to signal. Avoid making U-turns at mini-roundabouts. Beware of others doing this.
Laws RTA 1988 sect 36 & TSRGD regs 10(1) & 16(1)

if its a round about your supposed to go around it , hence the name  ???

It's designed so that it can be driven over, as it is a mini roundabout and some vehicles have to do it, else it would be a big yoke with trees in the middle.  Any bit you not following?

I'd say he's just about right.  The bit below was the clincher;

All vehicles MUST pass round the central markings

People talking about "ladies GAA." Until they merge into the GAA then there's no such thing, it's the LGFA and the CA.

And what grinds my gears more is people giving out about the GAA "discriminating" against women's games when the LGFA or CA make a pig's ear of something.

"Yes and no."

It can't be both. It's one or the other.

A 40' Lorry can't drive around a mini round about (Fact), in fact a car has difficulty doing a 360 around it. Technically you are supposed to deflect slightly off the main carriageway and go arund it and if it's set out properly it will not run straight with the carriageway but large vehicles will have to drive thru the middle of it...

Hope that settles your tiff ;)
I can swim a little but i can't fly an inch

Yes, it CAN be driven over, and is designed as such.  But only in the case where it's impossible to do anything else.  Much like a crash helmet I suppose.

It wouldn't seem so in this case.

Au contraire, the original poster was pissed off at people driving over mini roundabouts, they are designed to be driven over as some vehicles have no choice in the matter, hope that clarifies that for you.

HiMucker

Im with Punt on this.  Drive over the top of them!  Why anyone would bother trying the cut to drive round one when there is no other vehicles in the vicinity is beyond me.  Bloody rule abiders.  Type of people who wait for the green man to come before crossing when there is no cars for miles!  ;D
