Draws made for Kelly and Palmer Cups as domestic season set to get underway

The draws for the Kelly Cup and the Palmer Cup were made at tonight’s Laois County Board meeting.
In the Kelly Cup, eight teams have entered and all of those are senior sides bar one.
Defending champions Arles-Killeen will begin the defence of their title with an away trip to Killeshin.

While defeated finalists from 2019 St Joseph’s host Ballyroan-Abbey.
The other two quarter finals see Arles-Kilcruise host Graiguecullen while intermediate side Crettyard host Ballylinan.

The competition is set to get underway on Sunday March 1st and will run for the following three weeks.

Quarter Final:
Crettyard v Ballylinan                  .. Winners  -  Ballylilan
Killeshin v Arles Killeen                .. Winners  -  Killeshin
Arles Kilcruise v Graiguecullen      .. Winners  -  Graiguecullen
St Joseph’s v Ballyroan Abbey      .. Winners  -  St. Josephs

Semi Finals:
St Joseph’s v Graiguecullen          .. Winners  -  Graiguecullen
Ballylinan  v  Killeshin                  .. Winners  -

FINAL: 
Graiguecullen  v

Did anyone hear if the final went ahead on Saturday evening in Crettyard at 7.15pm, Graiguecullen v Ballylinan?

No, it was called off.
