if im right that's just 8 matches cover before the super 8's.
maybe there is something to this elitism

Tyrone v Monaghan and Cavan v Donegal were two games i was looking forward to watching live on TV but it seems they aren't going to be covered at all?
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

4 Provincial Finals + 3 other provincial games + 1 Qualifier

That's out of 53 games between the provincials and the qualifiers.

Not yet, but I read in a column a while back that says Sky is supposedly dropping many of their exclusive qualifiers and loading up on super 8 games... Hardly surprising

I'm guessing the pundits on RTE won't stand for this elitism and will stand down from their roles.

It's a pity there are no brains in the GAA as they could have given the early round games to TG4 and show up RTE firvthe shitehawks they are.

Should have been a revision to the original deal seeing as both Championships were revised.
2018- 2 Cupeens won, 2 to go.

You'd have Syf complaining about the Irish language then. Can't have it every way unfortunately.

At least you’d understand some of it even if it’s only names. If you muted it and put Willie Hegarty on you’d struggle to understand anything.

At least when we get a 2 tier championship the small counties will get plenty of coverage.

BBC's Ulster Championship coverage:
___________________________________________________
BBC Sport Northern Ireland's coverage of this year's Ulster Senior Football Championship will enable fans to watch four live games.

Fermanagh's game against Armagh on Saturday, 19 May and the Down v Antrim game on 26 May will both be shown live on the BBC iPlayer.

The first semi-final on 3 June and the Ulster final three weeks later will be live on BBC Two Northern Ireland.

There will be full deferred coverage of the four other ties.

The deferred games will start with the Ulster preliminary round tie between Donegal and Cavan on 13 May with Tyrone v Monaghan on 20 May, Donegal/Cavan v Derry on 27 May and the second semi-final on 10 June also shown in full shortly after the final whistle.

There will be live commentary of all games in the Ulster Championship on bbc.co.uk/sportni which will be available on a range of platforms and devices including smart phone and tablet devices - including on BBC Radio Ulster/Foyle MW, DAB and online.

Think we’re getti a fair idea of how that will turn out without even getting that far. >:(
