             Pickford
     Walker Stones Maguire
Trippier Henderson Dier Rose
                   Alli
            Sterling Kane

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Loftus Cheek start in the first game instead of Alli..

Can’t see him starting Walker at centre back. That was an experiment.

Maguire and Stones with Jones or Cahill. Walker will be RWB.

Pope is ok. Trippier is decent and maguire not too bad. I don't understand why wellbeck is going.

I was hoping hart would go - he's rubbish :D

Still possibly the poorest England squad i think i have seen at a world cup.

Biggest problem i see for England is their manager. How can they seriously do well in the World cup with a manager as average as Gareth Southgate?

Might be too soon but Loftus Cheek is going to be a cracking player

France and Germany the two best bets?
Portugal seem to have a strong squad and the Belgium side has plenty of talent.
What sort of shape are Brazil and Argentina in?

Brazil in good form, Argentina a mess and Messi seemingly picking the squad according to Tim Vickery on OTB.

Brazil overall favourites but traditionally the South American teams struggle in Europe with only 2 beaten finalists to their names since Brazil won in Sweden in 1958. If you were offering me a free bet I'd take France with maybe Croatia as a live outsider.
