Is there any chance that Lynch will play on Sunday?

Had this conversation the other day... we're all wanting Lynch back but he's not going to make that much of a difference.

He was getting some abuse this time last year he's not in the same league as Cluxton/Patton/Morgan/Beggan but he's a good step above McNicholl or McKinless.

I think he will make a difference. His kickouts are much more accurate and he's a better shot stopper than any of the others we have.
Better kickouts might help us improve our stats on winning them.

The abuse he got last year was unfair and undeserved.
He took the abuse for poor management tactics.

the abuse was from people of no understanding of the game, anyone who thought Lynch was coming out the pitch just because he took a notion is only a fool.
He will make a massive difference as good a shot stopper as any of the players you named there. Big powerful keeper who is confident under a high ball. Personally don't think he gets near the credit deserved.

New rules suit him perfectly he gets to be a goalkeeper again.

Derry have showed up.
Pushing up on kickouts a huge improvement. Loughlin playing really well inside.
Ref giving us nothing and galway are at a lot of off the ball stuff.

Lots of positives today as well. Work rate was fantastic. Loughlin looks fit again and harries constantly. Murray looked brilliant when he came on. Mc Grogan looks fit again. Getting Lynch back will help.

A point keeps us alive. Haven't become a bad team. Really frustrating though.

Better if Dublin beat Armagh so that they have nothing to play for against us. Could still go through if Armagh hammer Galway and we don't embarrass ourselves against the Dubs.

Should not be losing a game 8pts up. Derry for about the 3rd time this year have managed this. Derry were 8pts up and again, like in Armagh let Galway take the easy kickout short, were they pressed up on ours. Give them the route to work 3 pts. Goalkeeping still killing us, like it has all year. No team in the country giving away the goals we are.

We need Dublin to win, then they top already, and may play a weakened team in the final game. Armagh win the day, they do the same against Galway.

I think it's more of a confidence thing at this stage. Hopefully the performance today will build it a bit, especially coming back to equalise.

What a game that was. I thought Derry were fantastic but conspired to almost lose it. We live to fight another day with the point at the end. I honestly think Clucky and Lynch change the whole outlook to the team if playing. Huge misses.

Would like to see the Dubs beat Armagh and we have half a chance of getting through should they be already into the Quarters.
