Surely it depends on standards of living. Scobies in Ireland commit most of the violent crimes. Those living at that level in Germany would be similar. Without the economic data it is not possible to draw conclusions.

Do 'Scobies' commit the most sexual crimes in Ireland?  Or are we just ignoring that stat?  Or are all Algerian immigrants more 'scobie' than the immigrants from other nations?  Because they are nearly top of every list, even though they are bottom of the list in terms of population.  You're dismissing this info all too easily because it doesn't suit your narrative.

This all assumes that the info can be taken at face value.  If it can I think it's fairly shocking.

He did give a breakdown of the figures on the men's citizenship, showing that the vast majority come from two countries - Morocco and Algeria.

Whereas 30 of the suspects come from Morocco and 27 are Algerian, no other nationality has more than four men being investigated, with Iraq having the third-highest at four.

That would align with the BnM's German crime figures, with the former French colonies figuring prominently. DeGaulle has a lot to answer for.

We wouldn't have many immigrants if we had a tighter hold in benefits and lower employment... Immigrants are less likely to arrive somewhere where there are no incentives (employment / benefits)
