Red eye

Tense finish - thought maybe heading for a draw when Armagh went down to 14 - Armagh no. 25 did well - Aimee Mackin has some turn of speed and helped create chances - great claim by No. 6 when Donegal were pushing for the equaliser and Geraldine McLaughlin waiting for a break that didn't come.
Over the game felt the better team won but suspect they'll find AI semi final will be a major step up.

Semi Finals:
Kerry v Cork
Dublin v Armagh

befair

Had a nice double on Armagh + Dublin; thought bookies had Armagh over-priced at 15-8 in what was always going to be a close game. Think Armagh-Dublin could be tight, All-Ireland winners will come form other semi-final. Aimee Mackin is a wonderful talent

Red eye

Fair play to Offaly beating Fermanagh 0.13 to 1.07 - 13 scores to 8 so maybe more than 3 points better - would infer maybe not much between Division 3 and 4 counties.
Kildare were too strong for Wexford winning 2.18 to 2.07 and would expect them to win against Offaly now too.
Next week Derry and Carlow in Junior quarter final - would expect Derry to prevail assuming they focus on the football and no fall out from the Lancashire escapade (assuming there is some substance to the rumours)

The 2 Saturday matches will be tight affairs - Waterford and Cork to prevail - any thoughts?

Armagh vs Dublin in an AI semi-final.  Ah, fond memories.  Great going by the Armagh lassies.

Can anyone provide a link to the names and clubs of the Armagh players?  Thanks.

Details were on LGFA Facebook a couple of days ago - posted on Thursday

Terrific red eye.  Really appreciate it.

Main Street

I was gutted for the Monaghan ladies for the huge effort they put in, but overall they were beaten by a better outfit and one well versed in the blanket defence. The scrubbers were infinitely more clinical in taking their own chances  and defended in effective swarm fashion to force the Monaghan ladies to hit a hatful of wides, I think the wide score was  14-3 in Monaghan's favour.
Both teams were totally exhausted and out on their feet at the end, nothing was left on the pitch

Any craic
