The 3 stooges going on about throwing teams like Westmeath into the losers championship again. Should Meath be in the losers championship O'Rourke? Should Kildare be in it? Should Tipperary be in it? Should Galway be in it? Should Down be in it? Should Armagh be in it? Should Derry be in it Brolly? Should everybody be in it apart from the top 5 or 6? Do they want to destroy Gaelic football?
The biggest, fattest, humongoest elephant in the room is being ignored by these fools. Why are Donegal, Mayo and Dublin destroying their provinces? Why were Westmeath able to beat Dublin and win a Leinster championship just over a decade ago and now they have to try to keep the score down against them? Why have no one got near to Dublin in Leinster in years? It's because of all the money Dublin have received while the rest have got minimal funds.
Why is there silence on this?

Disappointing day yesterday, hope the players can pick themselves up this week. Game was over as a contest when the two goals went in. Thought we did defensively since we only had 2 weeks to implement a system that is completely new to us. We were never going to be able to make the transition from that defensive formation to a credible offensive intrusion into Dublin territory in the 2 weeks. Hell, it took Donegal 2 years to get that part of the system right. Lost count of the number of balls we dropped short into Cluxton.

Was great to get back to a Leinster final though and great to see the army of maroon that invaded the capital. Spirits were high before the match and touching appreciation from the supporters to the team at the final whistle. Good representation on the hill as well.

Probably a trip to Cavan to face Fermanagh in the qualifiers, very winnable and we can go back to the attacking football that suits us. Hope there is an equally strong showing there for the team. Chance to beat another bogey team Saturday week, have lost to Fermanagh both times we have played them so far, in 2002 and 2013. This could be the year of ending the hoodoo.
