Set up a PayPal account,  give him your email address and accept the money.  Don't  follow any links he sends you,  instead always log into PayPal.com.  Then once you have the money and before you let the car go  contact PayPal and ask if the account holder is verified as you have some concerns as its Ukraine.  If you follow their advice you won't be out money.

There isn't going to be any money; it's a scam.

Yip - this is a scam, my aunty was selling some furniture on gumtree and got a similar sort of message, with the buyer not being in Ukraine but somewhere in the NI and wanting to use PayPal to purchase goods they were sending a courier to collect. Some dodgy characters about.

When it comes to dealing with Ukranians I operate a "Donetsk don't tell" policy

I would love to get a job as a scammer in Nigeria and come up with email scams. They are off the wall really but obviously someone falls for them.

Must be pure elation in the office when they get a result.

Dear Bingo,
I hope you are getting fine on this beautiful day. I most inform your of my current situation. I am a very wealthy seller of fine goods and have made myself a very big fortune. I have more money than sense, LOL. To help others, I like to provide scholarships to good peoples around the planet. It gives me great satisfaction and happiness to share my moneys.
I have followed you on the Facebook and would like to offer you one of my scholarships for your offspring to attend a schooling of there own choosing. These scholarships are very rich with over USD$10,000,000 at my offering for the next number of years. It gives me great happiness to do this.
I hope my offering finds you well and we can do this as quickly as possible as I have great many of people to help.

Chill out FFS, the guy is obviously loaded, if we both play it cool, we'll both do very well out of it.

Hi. I'm currently selling a car through carzone. Was contacted today from a person who is currently abroad. He has viewed car on net said he is happy and wants to pay via PayPal then once all I'd cleared arrange for its collection and sending it to him in Ukraine?   He wants my PayPal details. I don't have a PayPal account but could set one up. Does this sound legit.?  Is PayPal crime proof?  If he hadn't mentioned shipping it to Ukraine I Prob wouldn't be suspicious. Any thoughts or experience of PayPal appreciated.
u kraine be sure its a scam

Make sure to spend at least a week haggling the price with the guy, be amazed that he grants you your every wish. Then tell him a load of bull about payments and drag him along as long as possible so he doesnt scam some other poor divil.

It's definitely a scam. Just google "paypal scams carzone" and you'll see what I mean.
