Best of luck to Brian Gibbons and the NY team. I'd say they'll need all the luck they can get!

Galway by 12 pulling up as they begin their marathon trip to the Connacht title.
4 games to win a 7 team knock out competition is "mad Ted".

Getting a tour of the Empire State makes up for the extra game though.

For me this is a joke of a fixture and a complete waste of money but as long as officials are getting a free trip it will continue.I have heard the argument that it promotes the game in Ny but 2 weeks after Mayo played there last year about 3 supporters showed up to see the New York Mayo team play in Gaelic Park.It costs about 70,000 euro for a team to come out here and that is money that could be put to better use rather than wasting it in coming out here

Agree 100% Maigheo.
Won't change while th'offeeshuls get their annual trip.

Great for New York this tie.

I think I'm pissed or drunk, one or the other but mon the Americans.

I have supported the Brtish and Americans now twice on this board in last six months; I'm going soft!

Qualifiers it is so.

I heard the Galway men didn't tip the waitress staff so they shit on their food.

Blowitupref

Level now Galway should kick on but still a shock they took 10 mins to score.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose
