I was a delegate on Tuesday night, there was an attendance of 132 and at most, 10 of those individuals were under the age of 35.
This is more to do with the age profile of the club's committees. Players and people with young families usually don't sit on the committees. This leaves you with the older age group. Getting players from some clubs is difficult, get committee people is worse.
