A great servant for Meath over an incredible 14 seasons.
Congratulations on a great career Seamus !

A great and unsung servant indeed. A pity he just missed the glory years.

Jinxy

He should have seen more action this year.
One of the few players with genuine football intelligence we had available.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

jr

Great wholehearted player. Pound for pound one of the best of his time. I believe his dad was handy as well for Louth

14 years it's hard to believe. he battled through a lot and became a real leader on the field, it's just a shame some of the injuries he had meant we didn't have him when we needed him. Should have been on this year a bit more.

What an even bigger hero he would have been if his shot wasn't blocked on the line at the end of the Louth game that lead to Joes 'goal'.

It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016
