ENGLAND for me.

It would be amazing for our domestic game if we can do it.

With Stevie and Lamps bossing the centre, Jags and Joles shutting out opposition attacks, and Roo-mania rampant, we'll be living it up in Rio like Ronnie Biggs.

I know all four home nations will be getting behind our British Isles representatives.

A true Brit should be protesting for one UK team just like a true Ulsterman shouldn't be loyal to any lands other than Ulster, not England or the other parts of Ireland :) cough 'plastic Ulsterman' cough

Shows how much I'm out of touch with the soccer these days. I only recognise two names on that squad. Balotelli  and Pirlo. In 90 and 94 I would have know them all.

Yeah, I suppose Podolski, Draxler, Schurrle, Gotze can play as a second striker if needed. Klose been around a long time, remember him playing against Ireland in 2002 WC. One of my earlier World Cup momemts

Was anyone watching Germany and Cameroon on Sunday night? Good open game in fairness. Cameroon look like they will be dire at the back and good going forward. Liverpool-esque. Anyway, I had to laugh at the BT Sports commentator. He said 'The influence of the French league is very strong on this Cameroon team, in fact I know some of them even speak to each other in French!'. :D
