Ah yes, Emily  Head. I was wondering if there  was a connection there.

Checked IMDb. He was in Jonathan Creek . I recall him in  that. And  I think I remember him in  inbetweeners as well, briefly

Tony Baloney

The Split and Motherland the last 2 things I've seen him in. Always looked fit and trim for his age.

The Boy Wonder

Quote from: Blowitupref on June 05, 2026, 05:38:01 PMGlen Rovers, St Nick's and Cork GAA legend Denis Coughlan has passed away aged 80.

In both hurling and football, Coughlan built one of Cork's most decorated careers. In total, he won five All-Ireland medals, 12 Munster titles, and four All-Stars.

Across both codes, Coughlan's peak years were densely packed with success. In hurling, he won All-Ireland medals in 1970, 1976, 1977 and 1978, anchoring Cork's famous three‑in‑a‑row and earning All-Star recognition in each of those seasons, along with Hurler of the Year in 1977.

In football, he captained Cork in the 1967 All-Ireland final, returned to midfield for the breakthrough 1973 All-Ireland win over Galway, and lifted a second Munster SFC medal as captain in 1974.

One of that rare breed - dual All-Ireland winners.
What an illustrious career.
RIP Denis Coughlan

Another hurling great also passed away recently.
