The man who approved CIA interrogation of thousands of innocent Muslims and the one of Israel's biggest supporters in the the White house.
His legacy is nothing but abhorrent.

Meddled in the Middle East for decades from the Iran/Iraq war, right the way up to the invasion of Iraq and beyond.

A real war monger who sent many US soldiers to their deaths as well as the 100's of 1000's in the countries he was "liberating"

Lined his pockets along the way.

Rossfan

A thoroughly disgusting individual.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

Lived a long time with blood on his hands. Said years later he had no regrets on his decisions at least he was right on Trump a few years ago.

Quote"In our nation's 236-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump,"

"He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him.

"He is a coward. A real man wouldn't lie to his supporters. He lost his election, and he lost big. I know it, he knows it, and deep down I think most Republicans know it."

Michael "Mick" Lane, the final surviving member of the first British and Irish Lions side to tour after the Second World War, has died at the age of 99.

Lane, who appeared in two Tests on the 1950 tour to New Zealand and Australia as well as making 17 appearances for Ireland, passed away at his home in Cork city on Remembrance Sunday, the Irish Rugby Football Union confirmed in a statement.

The wing, Lion #329, played 11 times for the iconic touring side, scoring five tries, with his two Test appearances coming once against each of Australia and New Zealand respectively. On the 1950 tour, the first since the trip to South Africa in 1938, the Lions beat Australia 2-0 but lost 3-0 to New Zealand.

Lane made his international debut for Ireland in 1947 against Wales in the Five Nations, aged 20. He played in all four of Ireland's matches during the 1949 championship when they clinched the title and Triple Crown – later that year, Lane made his one and only appearance for the Barbarians, against Cardiff.

Alongside a six-year stint in the green of Ireland, Lane also represented University College Cork and was a student of CBC Cork.

Lane, whose nephew Mike Kiernan was also a Lions and Ireland international, was inducted into the Rugby Writers of Ireland Hall of Fame in 2011.
