RIP Pope Francis, seemed to me to be consistently on the right side & not (ironically) an establishment man.

Have we had any theories yet on JD Vance bumping him off?

Vance has converted to being a Catholic so nothing to see here.
I have more respect for a man
that says what he means and
means what he says...

The right boy would have a field day with the page number reached

Captain Scarlet

It's a huge story today.
RTE1 is running a repeat of the Drew Barrymore show.
The News Channel is putting up images from the Radio with Derek Mooney whose Nature Show just seems to be given over to the story.

The lads don't seem to know the cameras are rolling.
People are walking around during ad breaks.

Yes, always on the side of the poor. Didn't grasp the nettle on key reform issues, but was always on the side of the underdog.

Comes a day after he appeared in St Peter's Square to wish "Happy Easter" to thousands of worshippers I suppose fitting that he died at Easter time.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

gallsman

Well, would be more fitting if he rose again.

As major world leaders today go, he was a saint.

More likely he met Vance and lost all hope.
