On the strength & conditioning issue, what is the background of the Kildare S&C coach? I know Seanie thought so highly of her, he cited her as one of the reasons for going to Kildare.

Not true. Dublin moved away from power to their current approach this year now that Gavin has come in. The All Ireland team was full of powerful boys. This team is full of footballers who are ridiculously fast.

Don't get me wrong ye always had 5/6 excellent players but now there are very few (if any) weak links in the team.

Are you confusing power with strength because this Dublin team are exceptionally powerful.

Strength/Size yes. All these buzzwords get confusing 

Kildare are strong.
Dublin are powerful.
That'll help you remember the difference.
