I know - you've already seen enough carnage in Salthill for one year.
However I'll ask the lads to go aisy on Mwr to spare your feelings

Laois got back on the horse to some extent last year, perhaps they will again.

5 players have left so far, qualifiers aren't on till June 29th so plenty more have time to go. 3 from Armagh, you have time for it to get worse also.
I asked the Sligo lads, they say no one's left yet but surely they'll have the most drop outs if the stories of player discontent are true.

The long time gap between provincial games and the qualifiers is a problem here. The cowboys in New York are not helping things either with under the counter payments and the like.

By the time they're done you'll have some amount of names out there. Can't see many of the players taking a match between 'Cavan' and 'Mayo' or the like very seriously.
For weaker teams though, the draw of the bright lights will be too hard to ignore. Doesn't make the fans feel any better though.

Actually 4 gone from Armagh panel. McKenna, McParland, Carragher and Stevenson.

So Laois still a nose ahead with 5, Sligo are planning a late run, Leitrim have something brewing. Why haven't Galway entered the race? Who's goin to win the battle for the most deserters? It's the only thing any of us have a chance of winning.

Gareth Bradshaw left the Galway panel today. The team captain no less.

But surely Bradshaw was likely to be suspended for the next few (3?) games so what was point in him staying in panel, captain or not?
