Massive loss. Tyrone struggling badly at centre half back and now the best centre half back in the county has walked away because they wouldn't play him there. Baffling.

Strange he wasn't played much.

Would it be harsh to say he doesn't do enough at the other end? For example Armagh, Donegal and Derrys number 6s would cause damage going the other way as well as holding the defence. Got a half v Louth and wasn't at the pitch of it but it is hard coming in off the bench.

Orourke looking more direct running from half back line by playing Cassidy there

Hes a massive loss. Tyrone have conceded goals every game so far in Division 2. This is a huge worry when we play any Division 1 team.

Cassidy played 11 the last day out against Offaly.

Cant blame Brennan for walking away. Its clear O'Rourke didnt fancy him. He was fit all through the year and got very little minutes. Likes of Hampsey & McGeary coming back into the reckoning... he's weighed it up and thought better off spending time with the club

Goals_Will_Come

Still leaves Tyrone with a massive problem at centre half back and reduces the number of options available as a solution.

Absolutely. Thats on the manager surely. Refused to play him in many games this year.

I assumed he was injured along with Teague. Thought he would be in v Meath but obviously not. Niall Devlin has been playing around there but is he a centre half back??

Callum Daly from Omagh looks a good prospect at 6 but not involved this year

Brennan going another symptom of disarray in the panel just at a key point with next match against a very physically strong team while Tyrone seem out of condition mentally and physically. O'Rourke needs to get his backrooom in order and produce a bit of inspiration but there is no sign of that. Barely surviving in Div2 is a terrible position with so much talent in the county. Has Sludden no influence on this situation?

How many changes before throw in?
