Hard to rise again in such a short time period plus legs.

Abbey ahead 0-6 to 0-2 at HT is brutal

Maybe not but seemed like a few lads didn't want it as much and go as hard as abbey did

Dungannon have Daire Devlin, James Mulgrew, Aodhan Quinn & Eoin Long on the Tyrone Under 20s and McMurray, McKeown and McGeary on an earlier training panel and none of them except McGeary again showed they are at that level tonight. Very poor performance for the calibre of player on the team.

If he is willing to jump to a rival team just because he didn't get picked then he's not the type of player we  need. He could have gotten a call up in future or played for tyrone seniors in a few years time but went to a massive rival.

I assume Mcgeary is leaving his club as well and going to Armagh? Poor form.

Don't think he needs to as his family are Armagh (one side at least) and can play on those grounds for them as far as I know.

McGeary is basically vindicating that Dook decision is correct? He is not good enough....

If he felt he was hard done by then stick around, prove Dook wrong and show that over the next few years in U20 or senior set up.......

In my opinion, he has took the easy option and switched allegiance

Best way to prove him wrong is to go to a rival and be successful.

This is gaelic not soccer you shouldn't switch counties to try and prove someone wrong.

Hand of God

McGeary grew up in Moy I think but I think he comes from an Armagh mad family (at least one half of it) and plays for one a club right on the Armagh border.

I'm not overly surprised if he has defected as Tyrone are producing 2 or 3 forwards like McGeary every year. If you look at small silky accurate forwards in the past 5 years we have had McElholm, Canavan x2, Jordan, Grimes, Fullerton, Luke Donnelly, Cush, Bogue and many more progress out of u20 level. The chances of him making it at senior level were going to be tight.

If he had ambitions at senior level then Armagh are probably a better bet for him, they are producing a different profile of footballer than we are and he might be able to thrive as a result there. It's a bit hasty doing it now but maybe he feels it would be best to do it sooner rather than later for his development and there are likely a lot of people having a word in his ear to move him in that direction.

It's his decision at the end of the day.

Massive game today guys.  Lose this and we really are in a relegation fight
