Agreed. Got it wrong about him last year. He's prone to a mistake or 2 a game but who isn't especially at that age.

Shame about McGeary too. Thought he could've been on the U20s last year but it is what it is I suppose

What's the story with McGeary? Heard them mention on commentary about Armagh but I'm nearly sure he's played Tyrone minors.
Heard it a while back he's going to play for Armagh from this year on. Didn't believe it but seems like it's true. He would've started U20s this year 100%

McGeary away to Armagh because he wasn't called up to the Tyrone u20 team. Beyond me how he didn't get the call up

very short-sighted from the Tyrone U-20 management.

Speaking of U20s, any word on the panel?

Tyrone Gaa

Heard McGeary was rejected by Tyrone @ u20 and Armagh swooped in and invited them into their panel. On today's viewing it looks a major error.

Don't actually know if it's true or how that's even possible but I had heard it said.

He was excellent for the academy today.
Living the dream!!!

It would be strange if a player who didnt get a call up for his county decided to go to a rivals especially since hes so young and there would be other chances for a call up in future.

Looks a good player but should have another 2 years at u20? Not a great look if moving due to non selection for u20 at 17/18.

He would have this year and next year at U-20.

No doubt will kick the winner v Tyrone at some point in the future.
