Still without McGrane, McKay, Mackin, Kelly, Rian ONeill, Oisin ONeill, Conor O'Neill, McElroy I was reading this morning.

Heard the Canavans will be back too. So much for MOR giving them a break??

That has to be a joke MOR wouldlnt be that stupid. They have been playing flat out every week for the past 11 months. To not even give them a months rest is outrageous!!!

If they were to come back I don't think it would be due to Malachy rushing them. From club to county to Sigerson they haven't had a proper break in a while I'd say. Missing 3 or 4 Allianz league games wouldn't do them a bit of harm

The were both concussed, they both need a month off minimum, i'd even go as far as 2 months, there's no immediate need to rush them back

Tyrone put in a good performance against Derry last week, and should be confident against Donegal, even if Donegal are slight favourites.

Would Donegal be a year or two ahead in terms of Tyrone's progress through the leagues?
I thought last week they must have hurled well and probably feel they could've got some points from the game, with it being the first day out and at home.
Unfortunately I think Tyrone will need to take a surprise win just based on teams in the division and the way the home and away fixtures are set.
It's a pity as they are certainly a better team than the majority of not all in the league below so yo-yo moves won't be of great benefit in the long run.

I think Donegal are a bit ahead of Tyrone at the moment, but both have come on leaps and bounds in the past few years and Tyrone are catching up with them.

Tyrone surprised me with how close they got to Derry, so who knows what they may have in store this year.

Realistically, the games Tyrone should be targeting now to stay up are Donegal (Away) and Meath (Home).

I'd say Roscommon in Div 3 are of a fairly similar standard to Tyrone, and if Armagh get their house in order they could be, too, but yes I agree that I would expect Tyrone to beat the majority of teams in Div 3.

Tyrone have come on well in previous seasons, and getting to Div 2 is a massive achievement. The quality of hurling in Ulster is certainly rising.

I think we definitely need to have conversations about bringing back the Ulster Championship given the progress.

Think that should have been enough motivation to have got stuck into them a lot more instead of standing off them. How  many times did 3 or 4 Armagh players swarm us when we were in possession? Can't remember us doing the same.

Think that should have been enough motivation to have got stuck into them a lot more instead of standing off them. How  many times did 3 or 4 Armagh players swarm us when we were in possession? Can't remember us doing the same.

Could be hard to shake the last couple of years. Only game 2 new management
