2 Longford lads straight red carded at the end and 2 players ended up in hospital I heard.

What 2 in hospital I am not sure - not even what side.

I am sure Insider will elaborate as he was there.

I was there as well (although I'd lost the will to live at that stage). A couple of shemozzles - the first near the goals after a Longford ball had gone wide and the second a minute or so later further out the field. Not sure about the hospital bit, but if they'd dropped Larry, Curly and Moe on the sideline off at Loman's on the way back no-one would complain.

The Laois Longford war continues.
Is there a more fiercest rivalry in world sport?

The Insider

2 Longford  players ended up in casualty as result of injuries during course of game, 1st lad concussion and suspected broken nose from a  collision , lad had no idea where he was in dressing room, and 2nd player suspected bad ankle ligament damage. Nothing to do with whatever happened at end. That mainly pushing and shoving and some verbal posturing Straight red card without seeing dvd looked harsh for just 1 lad to be singled out, lad with 2nd yellow nailed by umpire for both of them didn't see either incident clearly but generally when an umpire calls in a ref he has seen an action or reaction. Both injured players well looked after by a Laois steward who is an HSE employee,

Which one of us is Rangers and which is Celtic?

I suppose being the Queens County we would have to be Rangers.
Plus we wear blue and white same as the Gers.
Now where did I leave my flute...

Great win for Offaly today up in Naaavvvaaaan. They were losing 2-6 to 0-3 at one stage before half time, but ended up winning 6-10 to 3-8. If Tipp can beat Clare this evening It'll be a very good day..

Shamrock Shore

Not a great day for defences. Longford play Meath now in 'losers' group

Jaysus Meath were many peoples favourites outright, they'll be able to integrate the Pat's lads back in now, will be the one to avoid via the backdoor.

Jinxy

That's the daftest scoreline in the history of scorelines.
If you were any use you'd be playing.

Tipp did indeed beat Clare in Ennis, by 1-10 to 0-8.

The Meath keeper is one of our lads >:(  >:(.

Hardy

I don't think I can find anything to say.

AZOffaly

Wahooo!!! We silenced Hardy. That's as good as a Leinster any day :)

Hardy

I thought of something - well done Offaly. Sorry it took so long.
