The kind of bilge you've spurted above couldn't contrast more with the dignified respect shown at the place - there's no vitriol, no hate, no blustering, no belligerence. Just dignified respect - something you appear to be completely incapable of managing. This is a good point. The US is the size of Europe. While it is not as diversified as Europe its people can't be pinned down as 'Typical Americans'. I always find the people in the States great, no matter where I've been. Some of its leaders in the recent past I have not been so impressed with.
