Should be either regulated or banned, enough of this grey area shite. Alas I think the "lets be a f**king nuisance" attitude would win out. The guards involved didn't cover themselves in glory either. When it became apparent that the riders weren't going to pull in, they should have followed them to the end and arrested them there, would have been safer and more orderly that what transpired, like a scene out of CSI Ballinrobe.

After arresting one fella the guards have the power to arrest any other twat who tried to impede them and they have video evidence of all the vans/jeeps involved so the can go and arrest those twats too along with the youtube video's as supplementary evidence.
