MADINE, THE DOWN FULL FORWRD, SCORED 3 GOALS IN A 6 MINUTE SPELL HALF WAY THROUGH THE FIRST HALF, WHAT A TALENT HE LOOKS. ANTRIM PLAYED RESONABLY WELL BUT WERE TOOTHLESS UP FRONT IN THE FIRST HALF. ALOT OF CHANGES AT THE BREAK CERTAINLY HELPED STRENTHEN THINGS AND THE BALL STUCK ALOT BETTER UP FRONT. A FAIR FEW LADS GOT A START WHO HADDENED IN THE PREVIOUS GAMES BUT NONE REALLY STOOD OUT. THE BIG GAME FOR THESE LADS IS THE "b" QUALIFIER IN A FEW WEEKS.

Watched their first match in charge on Sunday and have to say I thought the team done well. Couple of things they are obviously trying to implement as a style of play which was noticeable and with only a few training sessions under their belt I thought there was plenty to be positive about.
