Score was 0 -12 Antrim to 2 -08 Offaly when we got both midfielders red carded, was only ever going to be one winner in that event. Not sure you can lay that at Andys feet?

Similarly, Armagh got to within two points in Ballybofey today when they had one player red carded, all ireland champions ended up going down by 8 pts.

Had we lost by that amount with a full complement there would be questions to answer, but under the circumstances, much less so.

But we do need a response on Saturday against Leitrim...that is an important fixture.

What were red cards for?

BigGreenField

2 pt scores are going to distort score boards.

2 red cards and playing into the wind against a well drilled outfit who are one of the favourites for promotion 🤷

Any analysis of the match, tactics, players or mgr go out the window at that point.

Helpfully Leitrim in bad shape.

Mcentee and his cronies really are immune from criticism from this fan boy

Quote from: Take the Mark on February 16, 2025, 05:52:18 PMWhat an embarrassing defeat that is. Thats a scoreline you might expect playing against a division 1 side and Offaly are a long way off that.
There will be the usual suspects coming to defend McEntee but for me he has no defence here (pun intended).

Serious questions need asked of him and his backroom team, farting about doing interviews over Corrigan - plenty to say about that, time he answered questions on serving up that shite.
Were you there?

Lack of discipline costs us again. Last week it was Andys sideline rant that got the ball moved 50 metre in the dying minutes to cost us a point and this week 2 reds.

Did you watch the game?

Wrong man sent off and the two hits where yellows at best

The county lapdogs out to defend the management team as predicted. I wasn't in attendance yesterday but I was in Ederney a fortnight ago when I saw us lose a game from the sideline - literally. Fermanagh got a point from an advanced free kick due to the antics of management. Amateur stuff.

As for yesterday - all the goals were very preventable and 3 of them were particularly shambolic. But we cant lay this at the managers door apparently.

2 straight reds - for digging the same man in the space of 3 minutes. Ridiculous.

Your talking nonsense

There was 4 in it with a min to go and a goal made it look like a 1 point win

Why were management to blame for the goals ? Two came from keeper errors in the first half and we'd pushed up in the second as we were down two players.

What could management have done? 15mins into the second half and there was two points in it?

Digging the same man 😂😂😂😂 your a clown 🤡
Go watch the game. It's online and you see both challenges

Calm down Terry.

The goals were shambolic, all 4 were preventable - its managements job to set up a defence I would have thought.

edit - the state of this county, eejits trying to find positives or others to blame for a 16 point thrashing instead of looking in the mirror. Same every year largely, and, largely - the same results every year!
